The best way to know if a purchase has been completed is checking the confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase (make sure to check your spam folder!).
- If you find our confirmation email, the purchase was successful. If the ticket is still missing, and you have not received a confirmation email, it can be due to one of these reasons:
You were logged in with a different account at the time of the purchase. Remember our login methods are email, Facebook or Gmail - The payment has not gone through, so the purchase has not been completed. Sometimes your bank might withhold the charge for a time period and then return it. If this is what happened, try using a different payment method.
