You can access your tickets from the confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase.
If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and/or make sure that your email address is the same one you used to log into Live Your City.
If you still can't find your tickets after taking these steps, please contact us providing the following information:
- If you paid by credit/debit card, its first 6 digits and last 4 digits
- If you used a PayPal account to make the purchase, the email address linked to it
- The total amount that was charged
- The date of the transaction
